Orders are processed only on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, while international shipments may take between 7 to 15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on bulk orders or during promotional periods.
